Batch No.6 is a small-batch bakery, and our products are produced in limited quantities. Product availability, flavors, pickup dates, and ordering windows may vary.

Submitting an order does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully accepted and payment has been received.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify our menu, or decline or cancel an order when necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pre-Orders

Many Batch No.6 products are offered through scheduled pre-order periods. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the pickup date, location, and other fulfillment information provided at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and order information when placing an order.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Pickup

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the designated pickup window.

Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we cannot guarantee the quality or availability of an order that is not collected during its scheduled pickup period.

If you anticipate being unable to pick up your order as scheduled, please contact us as soon as possible. Alternative arrangements may be offered when possible but are not guaranteed.

Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

Because Batch No.6 products are freshly baked and perishable, all purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including their descriptions, flavors, ingredients, appearance, and packaging.

Because our cookies are handcrafted in small batches, natural variations in size, shape, color, texture, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We may occasionally modify ingredients, recipes, packaging, or product presentation when necessary.

Allergens
